PLEASE NOTE - We only despatch orders Monday to Friday. We do not despatch at weekends.

All our products are shipped as soon as possible subject to payment clearance and availability of stock. We use real-time stock control so if you have placed an order, we almost always have it available to ship. If we are out of stock of an item you will be contacted immediately.

Shipping Costs and Times

United Kingdom and Ireland - Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is free.

We use Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.

For orders in the UK, we endeavour to deliver next day but please allow up to 3 days for delivery. Delivery to Ireland may take a little longer.

United Kingdom, Mainland Only - Courier Delivery

NOT AVAILABLE WITH ANY OF OUR BLUETOOTH PRODUCTS

Courier Delivery is £6.

We will ship the same day for next working day delivery before 3pm if the item is ordered before 2pm. Please note that not all of our products have a courier option. These will be shown on the checkout page before you make payment. Also if an item shows as out of stock on the website then this will not be shipped by courier. If you order more than one item and select courier delivery and one of the items is out of stock, we will ship the item by standard delivery when it arrives back in stock

European Union - Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is £1.00

Exceptions

Although we try our hardest to maintain the time scales above there may be exceptional circumstances when these may not apply. This can be times when Royal Mail or our couriers are very busy, like Christmas or in the event of you not supplying a full correct address, like a wrong postcode. In these events please contact us for more details as deliveries can take longer. During the Christmas period Royal Mail can take upto 5 days and our couriers can sometimes take 2 days.
