PLEASE NOTE - We only despatch orders Monday to Friday. We do not despatch at weekends.

All our products are shipped as soon as possible subject to payment clearance and availability of stock. We use real-time stock control so if you have placed an order, we almost always have it available to ship. If we are out of stock of an item you will be contacted immediately.

Shipping Costs and Times

United Kingdom and Ireland - Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is free.

We use Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.

For orders in the UK, we endeavour to deliver next day but please allow up to 3 days for delivery. Delivery to Ireland may take a little longer.

European Union - Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is £1.00

Exceptions

Although we try our hardest to maintain the time scales above there may be exceptional circumstances when these may not apply. This can be times when Royal Mail are very busy, like Christmas or in the event of you not supplying a full correct address, like a wrong postcode. In these events please contact us for more details as deliveries can take longer. During the Christmas period Royal Mail can take upto 5 days .
